Expansion of the Fraternidade na Rua Project
The Fraternidade na Rua (Fraternity on the Streets) project, by the Fraternity Without Borders, works to transform the situation of homeless people in Brazil - further aggravated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
There is already a work hub in Mato Grosso do Sul and will now expand new fronts of action to Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and other regions of the country, and may also support existing initiatives.
By sponsoring to the Fraternity Project on the Street, you monthly contribute to the transformation of lives.
The sponsorship ensures the sustainability of the project and allows opening new human aid poles through Brazil.

In eight years, the homeless population in Brazil has grown by 140% to over 220 thousand Brazilians, with many drug addicts. Among the homeless people are unemployed and informal workers. In Rio de Janeiro, it is estimated that about 15 thousand people are on the streets, which is already considered the second largest homeless population in Brazil.
